Kat labels each size with its US number. This style runs:

S = US 4
M = US 6
L = US 8
XL = US 10

Kat's published underwear conversion chart reads slightly wider:
S = EU 36, US 4-6, hips 35.5 in
M = EU 38, US 6-8, hips 39.4 in
L = EU 40, US 8-10, hips 43.4 in
XL = EU 42, US 10-12, hips 47.3 in

If you are between sizes, Kat recommends going up a size for extra comfort.
