A note before the fine print
Dear Neighbor is a small shop. Two storefronts, a handful of us, and a lot of care. We're not Target, the Gap or Amazon, and our policies can't work the way theirs do. We buy a few of each piece, sometimes just one in a size, so when something sells out it's usually gone for good. That's also why we can't offer free returns or refund everything to your card: one return on a one-of-a-kind piece is a real cost for a shop our size.

What we can promise is that we'll be honest, we'll answer your email, and if something goes wrong we'll do our best to make it right. Thanks for shopping small. It matters more than you know.

Shipping
Flat rate $10 shipping on US orders. Free shipping on orders over $125. We pack orders ourselves between customers, so most ship within 2 business days via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. Once a package is marked delivered, we're unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen packages, so please use an address where someone can receive it.

Free pickup in Richmond or Irvington
Choose pickup at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours. If an item needs to come over from our other shop it can take 2 to 4 days; we're not between the two every day. Please wait for the ready email before heading in.

Richmond: 2415 Jefferson Ave. Wed to Fri 11 to 6, Sat 11 to 5, Sun 11 to 4.
Irvington: 19 King Carter Drive. Thu 11 to 4, Fri and Sat 11 to 5.
