Product of the week
The coat that makes people stop you in the parking lot. It's a blanket coat in the early American sense, cut big and easy, in a yarn-dyed plaid that looks black from across the room and then shows you its caramel grid when you get close. Fringe runs the collar and the hem. Made with Stetson, which is why it looks like it came out of a trunk in the best way.
Wear it open over a cream sweater and jeans with a boot. Wear it over a slip dress at night and let the fringe do the talking. Wear it to the farmers market and see how many compliments you can collect before the coffee line (we're betting four). Horn buttons, welt pockets, and it's fully lined, so it's warm, not just pretty.
The fit is oversized on purpose, and the raglan sleeves are cropped to bracelet length, so your gloves and your rings both get to show. If you want it less roomy, size down.

Where It All Started
In 2016 we turned the building behind our house in Church Hill into a shop. Back then the block was Sub Rosa, Union Market, The Roosevelt, and us. Ten years on there's ice cream, pizza, a juice bar, and a lot more reason to spend an afternoon over here.

Our sister shop sits in Irvington, a small river town where the pace drops the minute you arrive. We started coming here in 2020, tried a summer pop-up in 2022, and moved into our own space in 2024. Apparel, homewares, and the biggest slice of our vintage collection.
