Church Hill

Where It All Started

In 2016 we turned the building behind our house in Church Hill into a storefront. It had been a few things over the years and needed a lot of love, but we got there. Back then the block was Sub Rosa, Union Market, The Roosevelt, and us. Ten years later there's ice cream, pizza, a juice bar, and a lot more reason to spend an afternoon over here.

Church Hill is the oldest part of Richmond, Virginia, and it's still where we showcase our favorite finds for our Richmond neighbors. Our anchor store is open Tuesday–Sunday. Follow @shopdearneighbor for events, new arrivals, and holiday hours.

On the Water

Slow Down on the River

Our sister store lives in the coastal town of Irvington — the place to escape to slower times by the water and leave the rest behind. We started spending time here in 2020, tested a summer pop-up in 2022, and moved into our permanent space in 2024. It's filled with a beautiful mix of apparel, homewares, and the biggest slice of our vintage collection. Follow @dearneighbor_irvington for local happenings.

Vintage

Old Soul, New Home

Tucked in our barn is one of the largest vintage selections around — hand-picked clothing and pieces with a past, chosen for the way they still feel right today. Part shop, part treasure hunt, all the good stuff that only comes from things well-loved before. Worth the wander.
