A smooth tube hoop with a row of little gold balls set along its outer edge. That's the whole idea and it's a good one. The hoop opens at the back in a classic C and slides on a post, so it's easy in and out, and the balls catch light every time you turn your head.
They read dressy with a slip dress and totally normal with a white tee and hair up. Basically, the hoop that makes a plain outfit look like a decision.
