Frills Long Coat in Washed Blue

A long, pure wool coat in a soft washed blue that goes almost grey in low light. Single-breasted, rounded collar, welt pockets, falling close to the ankle. And then, across the chest, a fringed yoke that stops it from being a serious coat. It's the coat that makes the whole outfit, which is convenient, because under it you can be wearing a sweatshirt.

Jeans and a boot and it's a Saturday. Over the mushrooms sweater and a wool trouser and it's a Tuesday you feel good about. Over a dress at night it just looks expensive. Basically, buy it once and let it work for ten winters.

Fit is relaxed through the body, with a soft shoulder and a wide sleeve, so it layers easily. Labeled in EU sizes: a US 6 reads EU 38 on the tag. Between sizes, go by the measurements in the size guide.
