Emerson Fry cuts the Beachy from organic cotton crinkle double gauze, and the crinkle is the whole trick: it's light, it moves with you, and it never once asks to be ironed. A soft elastic waist and a wide cropped leg do the rest. The colour is Polar Night, a deep midnight blue that reads like a neutral and behaves like one.
