Most orders ship within 2 business days via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. Express is $15, or $45 for oversized pieces. - Free pickup at either shop, usually ready within 24 hours. If the piece is coming from the other shop, allow 2 to 4 days. - Returns are store credit within 14 days of purchase or delivery, unworn with tags attached. Return shipping is on the customer. Both carry vintage, with the bigger selection in Irvington. A style listed online may be on the floor at one and not the other. - **A lot of what we sell is one of one.** Our vintage and consignment pieces are single items, and much of that selection is in-store only and never listed online. - **Most styles come in just a few sizes.** We buy small, so a size that sells out may not come back. - **We are a real shop first.** Most of what we do happens on the floor in Richmond and Irvington.
